Can I come in to try the item to make sure it fits?
We do not offer walk in sizing appointments. We do offer a cost share fit kit program for you to be able to keep samples at your office. Ask your sales rep for details.

Can I pay my invoice using a credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, MC, and Amex. The charge on your credit card statement will appear as: Beachley Business & Med 800.947.3595 MD. You are responsible for this charge on your credit card; if you dispute it with your bank, there is a $25 chargeback fee.
When will my credit card get charged?
We will charge your order within 24-48 hours of processing your order.
Do you accept ACH transfer or any other payment methods besides sending a check?

Where do I mail my payment?
All check payments that are mailed to: Beachley Medical Office Solutions, PO Box 987 Bel Air, MD 21014.

Orders
I placed an order but never received an order confirmation email?
Automated emails are sent with your order # the day that your order was placed. Please check your spam folder from the day you placed the order.
I need to change something on my order or cancel my order, how do I do that?
In many cases we process the orders within hours of receiving them, and therefore your request for changes or cancellation needs to be made immediately after ordering. Please contact our CSR Team – either Live Chat or put in a “ticket” for problem resolution. Please have your order # for reference
When will my order ship?
Printing: typically, 5-7 business days for production and allow 2-3 in transit
Apparel: typically, 3-4 weeks from order date or store close date.

When will my office supply order be delivered?

How do I return/exchange something?
Print and apparel items are custom printed and are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defect or Beachley print error. Pants (undecorated) are returnable within 14 days of receiving them, if tags are on them and unwashed/unworn. You must obtain Return Authorization from our team in order to return pants, shipping at your expense. You may request a return shipping label for pick up for a fee. I don’t see what I need on the webstore?
You can use our Live Chat feature to get help in finding something or fill out a quote request form.
Do you offer RUSH services?
Yes, but you need to alert us of this when placing your order. Certain items are available on a rush basis, which may include an upcharge and/or expedited freight charges.
Tech Support
I have had my webstore bookmarked and have never changed the password. Why can I not log in?
Logged in bookmarked home page links do expire. To avoid this: bookmark the log in page before you log in. Then the link will not expire.
I am the admin of my company's store. I want to add more product offerings. Who do I go to?
Reach out to your designated sales rep and they will be happy to supplying you with options to meet your company’s goals. If you cannot remember who your sales rep is please email customerservice@beachleymedical.com
I am my company's approver. I cannot find the active orders to approve.
Log into your account. Click on your name and then click order history. On the order history page, it will have all the orders that you have to approve as well as your own.
I am not sure if my order went through. How do I know?
All successfully placed orders will have an email sent out to the account holder’s email. Refresh the website and make sure that there is nothing sitting in the cart.
I had ordered online a while ago and my order still has not been processed. Why?
Some of our clients wish to have someone from their organization double check all orders placed on their webstore. To find out if the store you are ordering from has an approver email: support@beachleymedical.com
